The 32nd Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair opened on July 9th. The consumer goods and premium export products exhibition area was bustling with crowds, filled with the sounds of product promotions and customer inquiries.

The exhibition hall was filled with the sweet aroma of Minqin melons, the vibrant red of Jingning apples, and the savory scent of cooked Dongxiang tribute lamb. Additionally, specialty products from outside the province, such as Dalian sea cucumbers and Shanxi mature vinegar, were all on display, with exhibitors showcasing their best and actively promoting their goods.

At the booth of Gansu Longxue Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., potato starch noodles churned in a hot pot. As soon as they were ready, General Manager Zhao Fangling enthusiastically called for visitors to come and taste them. Zhao Fangling mentioned this was the company's seventh time participating in the fair. This year, besides packaged wide noodles, they also brought newly launched instant spicy and sour noodles and mixed noodles. "During our first exhibition, we sold over seven thousand bags of wide noodles! This year, we hope our new products can once again reach a national audience through the fair," Zhao said.

In front of the booth of Qingcheng County Yanyan Sachet Embroidery Co., Ltd., exquisitely patterned products like tiger-head shoes and tiger-head bags attracted numerous visitors to stop and browse. The person in charge, Li Yanyan, wearing a tiger-head bag and holding tiger-head shoes, patiently explained to the onlookers, "Each piece is hand-embroidered." Li Yanyan stated she brought over a hundred product varieties this time, aiming not only to expand sales channels but also to increase awareness of Qingyang sachets. She happily noted, "Within just two hours of opening, many people have come to buy, with the tiger-head shoes and wristbands being the most popular!"

In front of the Shanxi mature vinegar booth, customers lined up to taste samples, while the mushroom soup base booth set up a small pot to simmer soup on the spot, its fresh aroma drawing passersby to stop.

The crowded exhibition area was filled with both local residents shopping with their families and out-of-town business visitors.

Local Lanzhou resident Li Lin and her friend were already carrying several bags containing products like Jingning apple juice and Shanxi mature vinegar. She told our correspondent, "We really enjoy visiting the Lanzhou Fair. We can buy specialty products from all over the country without even leaving Lanzhou."

At the stall of Shaanxi merchant Li Mu, products ranged from Lianyungang seaweed to Nanyang herbal medicines. He said he hoped to meet more merchants from the northwest region through this fair to expand his cooperative network.

As noon approached, the dining area became lively. In front of the beef noodle stall, the chef skillfully pulled noodles of uniform thickness; at the Sichuan-style spicy hot pot counter, the red oil bubbled, emitting an enticing aroma. Customers expressed, "The variety is so rich! After eating, we can continue browsing the exhibition!"

Amid the lively exchanges, citizens shopped for their favorite goods, while business visitors eyed potential cooperation opportunities. They stepped forward to inquire, learn about products, and discuss partnerships, transforming the bustling exhibition area into another key networking zone for the Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair.
