Everest Med (01952) announced that the company's board of directors has been informed by its non-executive director, honorary chairman of the board, and major shareholder Mr. Fu Wei that on March 27, 2026, Mr. Fu Wei, through a company under his control, purchased 860,000 ordinary shares of the company on the market. The total consideration amounted to approximately HK$32.7 million, with an average price of about HK$38.12 per share.
