Stock Track | Mobility Global Plummets 5.16% Intraday After Q2 Earnings Miss and Weak FY2026 Guidance

Stock Track08-07

Mobility Global Inc (MBGL) shares plummeted 5.16% during Friday's intraday trading session, as investors reacted to disappointing second-quarter results and a full-year revenue outlook that fell short of market expectations.

The company reported Q2 net income of $53 million, down 18% year-over-year, with earnings per share of $0.18, missing the FactSet consensus estimate of $0.24. Revenue rose 7% to $468 million, slightly below the $469.9 million analysts had expected. Operating profit declined 15% to $82 million.

For fiscal 2026, Mobility Global guided revenue of $1.87 billion to $1.89 billion, below the $1.90 billion LSEG IBES consensus. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $745 million and $760 million. The weaker-than-expected guidance, combined with the earnings miss, fueled the sell-off in the stock.
