iDreamSky maintains 2.04 billion issued shares in June; option pool rises to 41.45 million, HK$386 million convertibles unchanged

iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (IDREAMSKY) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026. Key data and capital movements are summarised below.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 0.50 million.

Issued share capital was stable. The company closed June with 2.041 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares), identical to the previous month. Treasury shares were unchanged at 23.39 million, leaving total issued shares at 2.064 billion. iDreamSky confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Equity incentive activity centred on the Share Option Scheme adopted on 30 June 2023. During June, 11.84 million options were granted and 1.05 million lapsed, lifting outstanding options to 41.45 million. No shares were issued or transferred from treasury in connection with option exercises.

Convertible financing instruments were stable. The HK$386 million 5.00% convertible bonds due 2028, listed on the Singapore Exchange, remained fully outstanding. The adjusted conversion price stands at HK$3.58 per share, allowing for a maximum issuance of 107.82 million new shares upon full conversion. No conversions occurred during the month.

No warrants, other share-linked agreements, or additional share repurchases/redemptions were reported for the period.
