VSTECS Maintains 2.00 Billion Share Capital; Confirms 25%+ Public Float in March 2026 Filing

VSTECS Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 1 April 2026, covering movements in securities for the month ended 31 March 2026. The report shows no changes to the group’s authorised, issued or treasury share positions during the period.

The authorised share capital remains at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued share capital also stayed flat: 1.43 billion shares were in issue (excluding treasury shares), while treasury stock totalled 6.66 million shares. The overall issued share count therefore stood at 1.44 billion.

VSTECS confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold, stating that at least 25% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) remained in public hands as of 31 March 2026.

The company reported no activity in share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments or other share-issuance arrangements during the month, and it holds no Hong Kong depositary receipts.

All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Company Secretary Lam Chung Sui, indicating full adherence to listing rules and other applicable regulations.
