KNT Holdings Limited (1025) Announces Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 30 September 2025

Bulletin Express11-26

KNT Holdings Limited (stock code: 1025) released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. The Group, a one-stop solutions provider of bridesmaid dresses, bridal gowns, and special occasion dresses, reported revenue of approximately HK$16.7 million, a decrease from HK$40.2 million in the same period last year. The decline was primarily attributed to lower sales in bridesmaid dresses amid trade and economic uncertainties.

Cost of sales stood at approximately HK$15.4 million, down from HK$34.9 million. The gross profit narrowed to approximately HK$1.3 million from HK$5.3 million, and the gross profit margin declined to 8.0%, compared with 13.2% in the prior year’s corresponding period. Selling and distribution expenses dropped to HK$2.3 million, reflecting decreased staffing and transportation costs, while administrative expenses increased to HK$16.8 million, mainly due to higher staff costs under a voluntary resignation scheme.

During the reporting period, the Group recorded a net loss of HK$19.3 million, compared with a loss of HK$10.2 million a year earlier. No interim dividend was declared. Management cited ongoing global trade tensions, post-pandemic uncertainties, and weaker demand in key markets as major factors affecting performance.

As part of its financing activities, the Group completed a rights issue on 11 April 2025, raising approximately HK$41.6 million in net proceeds, which were largely allocated to debt repayment and working capital. Looking ahead, the Group is exploring additional revenue streams and potential collaborations, including a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with Fine Vast Corporation Limited for possible expansion into the petrochemical business.

According to the announcement, the Board intends to monitor ongoing market conditions and pursue cost control and diversification strategies to safeguard the Group’s long-term development and shareholder interests.
