SG GROUP HLDGS (01657) has announced a change in its board composition, effective from the date of the joint announcement.
Mr. Cai Qingcheng has resigned as an executive director due to his decision to dedicate more time to his other commitments.
Concurrently, Mr. Cai Jingting has been reassigned from executive director to non-executive director, reflecting a change in his position and responsibilities within the Group. Mr. Cai Jingting will remain on the board as a non-executive director and will continue to provide valuable advice to the Group moving forward.
