CN HEALTH TECH Boosts Issued Shares by 90.8% Through HKD 0.25 Rights Issue, Lifting Total to 308.77 Million

China Health Technology Group Holding Company Limited (abbrev. CN HEALTH TECH) reported a sharp expansion in equity during August 2026, driven by the completion of a rights issue priced at HKD 0.25 per share on 26 August 2026. The move added 146.93 million new ordinary shares, representing a 90.8% jump from July’s outstanding total of 161.84 million shares. As a result, issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) reached 308.77 million shares at month-end.

The rights issue—approved at the 12 May 2026 general meeting—was the sole equity movement in the period; no share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, and the company held no treasury stock. Based on the disclosed subscription price, the transaction implies gross proceeds of approximately HKD 36.73 million.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1,000 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 100 million.

CN HEALTH TECH confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.
