Hong Kong—Nexion Technologies Limited (NEXION TECH) has filed its monthly return (Form FF301) for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised capital stood at 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 60.00 million. • Issued share count was stable at 887.76 million ordinary shares, and there were no treasury shares on record. • The company reported zero share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during the month.

Public Float Compliance NEXION TECH confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum 25% public float requirement for the relevant share class as at 31 July 2026.
