SINGASIA HLDG (08293) announced that Mr. Lin Zhenye has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman of the board, chief executive officer, compliance officer under Rule 5.19 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, member of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee, effective September 30, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to his other personal affairs. Following Mr. Lin's resignation, executive director Mr. Xie Feng has been appointed as chairman, chief executive officer, compliance officer and authorized representative, effective September 30, 2025.
