Kanzhun Sets 21 May 2026 Record Date for Annual General Meeting Voting Rights

Bulletin Express05-07

KANZHUN LIMITED (abbreviated as “Kanzhun”) has designated the close of business on 21 May 2026, Hong Kong time, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and any adjourned sessions.

For share transfers: 1. Holders of Class A ordinary shares recorded on the Hong Kong register must lodge valid transfer documents and share certificates with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m., Hong Kong time, on 21 May 2026. 2. Holders of Class A or Class B ordinary shares on the Cayman Islands register must submit transfer documents to Maples Fund Services (Cayman) Limited by 4:30 p.m., Cayman Islands time, on 20 May 2026, reflecting the time-zone difference.

American Depositary Share (ADS) holders: • The ADS record date is set for the close of business on 21 May 2026, New York time. • Each ADS represents two Class A ordinary shares. ADS holders must provide voting instructions to the depositary, Citibank, N.A., to exercise their voting rights. • ADSs cancelled for underlying shares on 21 May 2026, New York time, will not confer voting eligibility for the AGM because such holders will not appear on either the ADS or share registers as of the respective record dates.

Details on the AGM’s date, time, and venue will be provided in the forthcoming notice of meeting and proxy statement/circular. The announcement was authorised by Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Peng Zhao on behalf of the board.
