CSC Holdings Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Seeks Shareholders’ Preference on Future Communications

Bulletin Express04-29 17:24

CSC Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cscholdings.com) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are being mailed to new registered shareholders together with a reply form to select their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications.

Shareholders may elect one of two options: 1. Website Version—access all future documents electronically with an email alert; or 2. Printed Version—receive hard copies in both languages by mail.

To support environmental protection, the board recommends the Website Version. If no reply form is returned by 31 May 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to electronic delivery only. Preferences can be changed at any time with not less than seven days’ written notice sent to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by mail or email (235-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders experiencing difficulty accessing online documents may request printed copies free of charge. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

The notice is signed by Chairman Dr. Or Ching Fai on behalf of CSC Holdings Limited.
