KangLi International Releases Supplemental AGM Circular and Notice Online; Offers Printed Copies on Request

On 18 May 2026, KangLi International Holdings Limited published both the English and Chinese versions of its Supplemental Circular and Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting on the corporate website (www.jnpmm.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review these documents online; however, printed copies are available free of charge upon request. Investors who cannot access the electronic versions may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or send an email to 6890-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding KangLi International shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is supplied, notices of online publication will be sent in printed form only.

The instruction to receive printed materials will remain valid for all future corporate communications until a written notice of change is submitted or until 31 December 2026, whichever is earlier. For further enquiries, investors may contact the registrar’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
