Yidu Tech secures RMB14.76 million contract for Hainan AI-Empowered Healthy Island Project

Yidu Tech Inc. (Yidu Tech) announced that its affiliate, Yidu Cloud (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., has won the bid for the Hainan AI-Empowered Healthy Island Construction Project tendered by the Hainan Provincial Health and Health Commission. The contract is valued at approximately RMB14.76 million.

According to the voluntary filing dated 22 April 2026, the project positions Yidu Tech as a key technology partner in advancing the digital transformation of Hainan’s healthcare infrastructure. The company’s artificial-intelligence platform, designed to simulate clinical decision-making and model real-world disease progression, will underpin the initiative.

Management emphasized that the proprietary system-level intelligence developed by Yidu Tech aims to deliver measurable benefits across physicians, pharmaceutical companies, patients and public health systems, in line with its broader strategy to support precision healthcare nationwide.

The board is chaired by Executive Director Ms. Gong Yingying. Other executive directors include Mr. Xu Jiming and Ms. Feng Xiaoying. The announcement was issued in Hong Kong under the authority of the board and carries no liability statement from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
