Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited announced a final ordinary dividend of HK$0.25 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 16 June 2026. If approved, key dates are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 30 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 02 July 2026 (by 16:30) • Book-closure period: 03 July 2026 – 07 July 2026 • Record date: 07 July 2026 • Payment date: 15 July 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, with no exchange conversion required or withholding tax specified. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar.

As of the announcement date (24 March 2026), the board comprises two executive directors, four non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
