SINOPEC SEG Declares RMB0.094-per-Share Special Dividend, Payment Slated for 17 July 2026

Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. (SINOPEC SEG) has announced a special cash dividend of RMB0.094 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution was approved by shareholders on 5 June 2026.

Key timetable • Latest time to lodge share transfers: 10 June 2026, 16:30 HKT • Book-close period: 11–15 June 2026 • Record date: 15 June 2026 • Payment date: 17 July 2026 • Ex-dividend date, HKD payment amount and exchange rate: to be announced.

Dividend currency The default payment currency is Hong Kong dollars. The exact HKD amount will be determined once the applicable exchange rate is announced.

Withholding-tax framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders (Hong Kong, Macau or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate, or lower): 10% individual income tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate or without a treaty: 20% individual income tax. • Investors holding H shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: – Individual investors and securities investment funds: 20% income tax withheld at source. – Domestic enterprise investors: tax to be self-reported; no withholding by the company.

Share registrar Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, will handle shareholder registration.

Directors The board comprises Executive Directors Zhang Xinming and Xie Yanli; Non-executive Directors Xiang Wenwu, Li Chengfeng, Yu Renming and Ye Zheng; and Independent Non-executive Directors Zhao Jinsong, Zhang Xuyan and Xie Yanli.
