Hong Kong Interior Design Firm Zensitive Holding Sets IPO at $4 Per Share, Aims to Raise $25 Million

Hong Kong-based residential and commercial property interior decoration service provider Zensitive Holding has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $25 million through its initial public offering (IPO).

Under the terms of the offering, the company intends to sell 6.3 million shares at a price of $4 per share, targeting total proceeds of $25 million. Based on the proposed offering price, Zensitive Holding would achieve a market capitalization of approximately $63 million following its listing.

Founded in 2022, the company plans to list on the Nasdaq exchange, though it has not yet selected a stock ticker symbol (SEC reserved code: ZENS.RC). Zensitive Holding confidentially submitted its IPO application on January 16, 2026.

The sole bookrunner for this offering is Pacific Century Securities.
