E&P Global: Moscow Court of Appeal Upholds Subsidiary’s Victory in Russian Mining-Licence Dispute

Bulletin Express08-06

E&P Global Holdings Limited announced that the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal in Moscow has upheld the 15 April 2026 decision of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow (case No. A40-277177/2025) in favour of the group’s subsidiary regarding its Russian mining licences. The appeals lodged by Russia’s Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra) and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment have been dismissed.

Rosnedra and the Ministry retain the right to file a final appeal to the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District within two months from the date of the Court of Appeal’s full judgement. The company will provide further updates as developments occur.

E&P Global advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities, noting the possibility that Rosnedra and the Ministry may still pursue a final appeal, which could overturn the current ruling.
