CHALCO reaffirms switch to electronic distribution of shareholder documents

Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) issued a reminder on 24 April 2026 that it has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications directed to shareholders. The materials—ranging from directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.chalco.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide their e-mail addresses to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) to ensure timely receipt of notifications. Stakeholders preferring physical copies may submit the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send an e-mail request to AluminumCorp.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name, address and the desired language version.

Enquiries can be directed to the H-share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). The reminder, signed by Joint Company Secretary Zhu Dan, reiterates the company’s commitment to digital communication efficiency while maintaining an opt-in option for printed materials.
