GROWN UP GROUP (01842) disclosed that a Board meeting will be held on 20 March 2026. The meeting will chiefly review and approve the Group’s annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, and consider a possible final dividend.
According to the announcement, the Board intends to finalize the Group’s results publication following the discussions and decisions made during the meeting, including any recommendation for dividend distribution, if applicable.
