Italian fashion house Versace announced on Thursday that Chief Creative Officer Dario Vitale will step down after holding the position for just a few months.
The departure comes days after PRADA Group completed its acquisition of Versace, which was previously owned by rival Capri Holdings and is relatively smaller in scale compared to PRADA.
Versace stated that Vitale will officially leave on December 12, adding that "a successor will be announced in due course."
