SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED (SAINT BELLA GP) repurchased 278,500 ordinary shares on 27 July 2026 via on-market transactions, spending HKD 1.00 million at prices between HKD 3.54 and HKD 3.64 per share (volume-weighted average: HKD 3.61).
Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury) declined to 620.18 million, down 0.04% from 620.46 million on 24 July 2026. • Treasury shares increased to 2.02 million, lifting total issued shares (including treasury) to 622.20 million. • All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; no cancellations have been executed.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 62.22 million shares. Including the latest transaction, SAINT BELLA GP has repurchased 2.02 million shares, equivalent to 0.32% of the issued share base at mandate approval, leaving authority to repurchase a further 60.20 million shares.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring shares for 30 days following the repurchase, setting a moratorium until 26 August 2026.
