YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) announced that on March 31, 2026, through Chongqing Yuejia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in which the company holds a 95.475% effective interest, it successfully acquired a land plot in Chenghua District, Chengdu via public listing for RMB 1.036 billion. The plot, identified as CH01(070102):2026-009, covers a site area of approximately 32,172.32 square meters with a total gross floor area of about 96,903.13 square meters, of which the plot ratio area is approximately 64,344 square meters. Designated for residential use, the residential properties to be developed on the site are intended for sale. Located in the core of the Cuijiadian area within the Chenghua hub economic agglomeration zone, the parcel is situated in a key development area of Chenghua District. In terms of surrounding amenities, the site is approximately a two-minute walk from Shuangdian Road Station on Metro Line 7 and is adjacent to the Middle Ring Road. Within a three-kilometer radius, there are facilities such as the Chengdu Normal University Affiliated Primary School East Campus, large-scale premium commercial centers, and parks, providing comprehensive supporting infrastructure. The board believes that the acquisition of the Chenghua District plot at a reasonable cost will enhance the company's portfolio of quality land reserves and further strengthen its strategic position in Chengdu.
