SINO-OCEAN GP announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing SINO-OCEAN Holding Group Co., Ltd., recorded annual revenue of 11.141 billion yuan for the year ended December 31, 2025, representing a decrease of 44.16% compared to the previous year. The subsidiary's net loss after tax amounted to 20.211 billion yuan, marking an increase of 31.8% year-on-year.
