At the EVOLVE 2025 Zhongguancun Kejin Large Model & Intelligent Agent Industry Innovation Summit held today, Yu Youping, President of Zhongguancun Kejin, stated, "The evolution from the internet to artificial intelligence is fundamentally an advancement in connectivity. AI has become a new connector, linking knowledge intelligence, people, and data to achieve new value leaps."
Yu emphasized that in the era of large-model intelligent agents, these agents will significantly empower enterprises by enhancing internal and external connectivity. Internally, they can better integrate knowledge, experience, and business processes to improve operations. Externally, they facilitate stronger connections with customers and partners, amplifying enterprise value.
However, deploying intelligent agents presents unique challenges compared to previous technologies. As the primary connector rather than a mere channel, AI-driven agents must exhibit high accuracy and strict rule compliance, raising new demands for corporate data governance. According to Yu, successful enterprise adoption of intelligent agents ultimately hinges on the iterative capabilities of data, models, and real-world scenarios.
To guide implementation, Yu outlined a roadmap for intelligent agent deployment and shared updates on platforms for marketing, sales, and customer service. Notably, the upgraded Dezhu Intelligent Customer Service Platform 5.0—a marketing platform featuring an intelligent agent factory with rich industry assets—serves as a comprehensive foundation for enterprises to efficiently build and deploy AI innovations. Its enhanced agent marketplace includes over 300 enterprise-grade intelligent agents across finance, manufacturing, automotive, retail, transportation, and government sectors, boasting a success rate exceeding 95% for scenario implementation.
