On September 21, the Integrated Management Center and Human Resources Center of Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. jointly organized an AI graphic design training session themed "Smart Creativity, Visual Renewal - Master High-Quality Graphics in 15 Minutes." More than 70 employees from Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. and its affiliated subsidiaries participated, covering roles across communications, administration, human resources, safety, and frontline operations and production.
The curriculum focused on key techniques such as prompt writing, reference image replication and reverse engineering, feeding high-quality assets, post-production fine-tuning, and skill encapsulation. It also explained communications standards and common pitfalls to avoid. The instructor performed live demonstrations while participants followed along in real time, making the session highly hands-on and practical.
During the practical segment, attendees worked with real job scenarios to generate images from scratch, retouched and enhanced existing visuals to breathe new life into outdated assets, created safety production comic strips that turned safety regulations into easily understandable visuals, and designed business knowledge cards that made professional expertise visual and easy to share. After the session, some participants also completed designs for handbook covers, event backdrops, and team-building promotional materials.
Moving from "knowing the basics" to "reusable skills," the training left the team with a durable image generation methodology that can be applied repeatedly. For the communications team, the impact is already visible: routine materials can now be produced independently, turnaround times have shortened noticeably, reliance on external designers and stock image libraries has declined, and output standards are easier to keep consistent.
What is even more noteworthy is that the training opened up new possibilities for AI applications. Graphic design is no longer limited to mere "image matching" - the same approach can be extended to scenarios such as safety education, team building, skills training, policy dissemination, and process visualization. This offers fresh ideas for the company to build its own visual asset library and develop a series of educational communication products in the future.
Trainee Pan Wenyan noted that this was not just a "listen and forget" introductory session, but a practical, operation-focused, content-rich course where every step could be applied directly to daily work.
Looking ahead, Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. plans to shift AI adoption from a "one-off training" to "continuous enablement," using team capability upgrades to drive management efficiency and making digital intelligence a new engine for the company's high-quality development.
