REPT BATTERO Receives CSRC Approval to File for H-Share Full Circulation, Plans Conversion of 676.17 Million Domestic Shares

On 1 September 2026, REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd. announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has formally accepted the company’s filing application for an H-share full-circulation program.

The filing covers the proposed conversion of 676.17 million domestic unlisted shares—equivalent to 48.21% of the company’s domestic unlisted share capital—into H shares for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Implementation details and the completion timetable have not yet been finalized. The company must still complete subsequent CSRC filings and secure approvals from both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other relevant regulators before the conversion and listing can proceed.

REPT BATTERO stated it will release further updates as the process advances. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares pending additional disclosures.
