Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) announced on Nov, 12 2025 that it has been selected as the joint winner of the Singapore Corporate Governance Award in the REITs and Business Trusts category at the Securities Investors’ Association (Singapore) Investors’ Choice Awards 2025.

Chief Executive Officer Loh Hwee Long said the recognition affirms the trust’s commitment to high standards of corporate governance, transparency and sustainability while it continues to expand its data-centre portfolio.

The Singapore Corporate Governance Award honours listed entities that exhibit strong corporate governance and sustainability performance alongside solid business and financial results. Winners are chosen through a selection process conducted by SIAS and the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School, incorporating LSEG Stock Reports Plus scores and data from Handshakes.

Keppel DC REIT, listed on the Singapore Exchange since Dec, 12 2014, is the first pure-play data-centre real estate investment trust in Asia. Its strategy focuses on investing in income-producing real estate and related assets supporting the digital economy. The trust is managed by Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd. and sponsored by Keppel Ltd.
