Intel and Advanced Micro Devices each advanced more than 2%. Navitas Semiconductor specializes in the design and manufacture of chips and circuits utilizing silicon carbide and gallium nitride, materials known for being more energy-efficient and durable than traditional silicon. The company's products are applied in areas such as AI data centers, electric vehicle chargers, and solar energy systems. It is one of the few suppliers offering a full range of gallium nitride and high-voltage silicon carbide products and solutions, having shipped over 300 million related units as of December 31, 2025.
