Semiconductor Stocks Mostly Advance as Navitas Soars Over 24%

On Tuesday, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index extended its gains to 1%, with the majority of semiconductor stocks showing strength. Navitas Semiconductor Corp surged more than 24%, bringing its cumulative increase for the month to approximately 80%. Marvell Technology rose over 4%, accumulating a monthly gain exceeding 50%. Intel and Advanced Micro Devices each advanced more than 2%. Navitas Semiconductor specializes in the design and manufacture of chips and circuits utilizing silicon carbide and gallium nitride, materials known for being more energy-efficient and durable than traditional silicon. The company's products are applied in areas such as AI data centers, electric vehicle chargers, and solar energy systems. It is one of the few suppliers offering a full range of gallium nitride and high-voltage silicon carbide products and solutions, having shipped over 300 million related units as of December 31, 2025.
