China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (the “Company”) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Tuesday, 31 March 2026. The main agenda includes reviewing and approving the Company’s final results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The Board will also consider the possibility of declaring a final dividend, if any. According to the announcement, details of the final results and any potential dividend will be disclosed following the Board meeting.
