Future FinTech Group Inc. (FTFT.US), a leading comprehensive financial and digital technology service provider, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Future FinTech (Hong Kong) Limited ("FTFT HK") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HHEX RWA Financial Instruments Limited ("HHEX") on October 6, 2025, to accelerate the company's Web3 and RWA asset deployment. HHEX is the world's only trading platform exclusively focused on RWA transactions.

As global institutional acceptance of digital currencies and DeFi continues to grow, RWA is becoming an important component of corporate and institutional financing needs as well as investment strategies. This partnership will leverage HHEX's mature blockchain solutions and combine them with the company's expertise in asset management, securities trading, and institutional financing advisory services, along with its existing client base and trust relationships, to create synergistic effects. This will accelerate the company's RWA on-chain transformation of traditional financial services, enhance HHEX's market recognition and leadership position, and establish a compliant and orderly regulated RWA trading venue.

This collaboration marks the entry of the company's RWA strategy into a substantive advancement phase. The partnership aims to utilize HHEX's blockchain technology capabilities and market expansion abilities, combined with the company's licensing advantages and professional experience in traditional finance, to jointly create compliant RWA tokenization products and services for institutions and high-net-worth investors.

The core cooperation areas between both parties include:

• Compliant Tokenized Fund Issuance: Both parties will jointly develop and launch compliant multi-asset RWA tokenized funds. Leveraging existing licenses, they will conduct asset selection, product structure design, and compliance risk control, while HHEX will provide tokenization technology platforms and blockchain infrastructure support.

• Joint RWA Technology Platform Development: Collaborative development of an integrated "RWA Business Platform System" designed to efficiently handle tokenization needs for various traditional financial assets, covering categories such as real estate fund shares, supply chain financial assets, and bonds.

• Client Resource Synergy Expansion: Achieving resource sharing and business referrals between the existing professional investor client base and HHEX's compliant institutional and experienced digital asset investor network, jointly expanding market coverage.

In the era where digital assets and Web3 technology are accelerating their penetration into global industries, Future FinTech Group Inc. remains firmly optimistic about the long-term value and strategic position of the Web3 direction. Particularly driven by continuous breakthroughs in key sectors such as RWA and stablecoins, Web3 is gradually transitioning from concept to large-scale implementation, becoming the core engine of the next technological revolution and asset restructuring.

HHEX brings together top industry veteran team strength, with core members all coming from founding teams of leading digital asset trading platforms and top-tier technical backgrounds, possessing deep industry accumulation and forward-looking vision. Founder Soisson Zhang graduated from Northeastern University's Computer Science department and previously worked at Microsoft Research Asia and Alibaba. In 2013, he founded Bitcoin Trading Network (later renamed Jubi). Other founding team members have extensive platform operations and global market experience, having successfully created and led influential trading platforms. The technical team originates from the core architecture layer of top-tier exchanges, specializing in high-concurrency, high-availability distributed system design and blockchain underlying technology, consistently committed to developing financial-grade secure, stable, and efficient systems.

HHEX CEO Cecilia Yang commented: "The HHEX team will use solid technical foundation and mature industry knowledge as the cornerstone to drive HHEX's continuous breakthroughs in technological innovation, product experience, and ecosystem development, providing users with professional, secure, and trustworthy digital asset services. After partnering with Future FinTech Group Inc., we will immediately deploy key resources to accelerate the joint development of technology platforms and the launch of the first benchmark products. Our common goal is to create a compliant and efficient bridge connecting traditional finance and digital assets."

Future FinTech Group Inc. CEO Tiger Li stated: "This strategic cooperation with HHEX is an important step in further optimizing the group's business architecture. Through this architectural optimization, we will continue to strengthen crypto asset allocation, Web3 project incubation, and content ecosystem development under the principles of compliance, transparency, and long-term commitment, building the group's Web3 capability hub. This cooperation reflects the board's full recognition of the group's RWA strategic direction and is a key step in building our future financial infrastructure. We believe that the combination of 'leading technology,' 'comprehensive licenses,' and 'strategic capital' will establish significant advantages for us in the emerging compliant digital asset market, thereby creating sustainable value for shareholders."
