On October 20, a special training session aimed at improving capabilities in online public opinion and cybersecurity work across the banner was held at the Banner Comprehensive Service Center. The training was hosted by the Banner Party Committee Propaganda Department and the Banner Cybersecurity Emergency Command Center, with deputy leaders and operational staff from all departments, sumu and towns, industrial parks, and state-owned enterprises across the banner participating.
Industry experts were specially invited to deliver lectures. The instruction centered on two major themes: risk prevention for online public opinion and cybersecurity protection. Combining the actual work realities of Party and government organs and state-owned enterprises, the experts explained risk identification, emergency response, security hardening, and related content. Through scenario-based practical exercises and case analysis, participants were guided to further solidify their risk bottom-line thinking and enhance their capabilities in public opinion response and cybersecurity safeguarding.
This training organically integrated theoretical instruction with live-action drills, featuring highly targeted and practical content. It further improved response mechanisms, clarified work approaches, and addressed shortcomings in cybersecurity protection. It also pushed各单位 to consolidate their responsibilities for cyber and information work, continuously hold firm the online ideological front, and lay a solid cybersecurity foundation for the high-quality economic and social development of Otog Banner.
