Zhejiang Shaoxing Ruifeng Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.: Shareholder Antu Auto Reduces Stake by 22.03 Million Shares, Accounting for 1.12% of Total Equity

On November 19, Zhejiang Shaoxing Ruifeng Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd. announced the early termination of a share reduction plan and disclosed the results of the reduction by its major shareholder holding over 5% of shares. Prior to the implementation of the reduction plan, the reducing entity, Shaoxing Antu Auto Steering & Suspension Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Antu Auto"), along with its concerted parties—Somik Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Somik"), Shen Yousheng, and Shen Baiqing—collectively held 119,635,557 shares in the bank, representing 6.10% of its total equity. Specifically, Antu Auto held 79,467,488 shares (4.05%), Somik held 39,145,097 shares (2.00%), Shen Yousheng held 581,486 shares (0.03%), and Shen Baiqing held 441,486 shares (0.02%).

The bank stated that on November 19, 2025, it received a notice from Antu Auto regarding the early termination of the reduction plan and the completion of the share sale. Between September 16 and November 18, 2025, Antu Auto reduced its stake by 22,027,500 shares (1.12% of total equity) through centralized bidding and block trades. This included 19,527,500 shares (0.99%) sold via centralized bidding and 2,500,000 shares (0.13%) sold through block trades. Antu Auto decided to terminate the reduction plan ahead of schedule. As of the announcement date, Antu Auto and its concerted parties collectively hold 97,608,057 shares, accounting for 4.97% of the bank's total equity.
