CHINA ALUMCAN Releases 2026 Interim Report and Updates Communication Arrangements

On 28 September 2026, China Aluminum Cans Holdings Limited (CHINA ALUMCAN) announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in English and Chinese on both the company’s website (www.6898hk.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the online version of the Interim Report and all future corporate communications. Those who have previously opted for hard-copy documents will receive the printed report by mail.

Shareholders unable to view the electronic version or wishing to obtain printed copies may submit the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of a valid request.

The company highlights the importance of maintaining a functional email address to ensure timely receipt of future electronic notices and Actionable Corporate Communications. Until a valid address is provided, shareholders will receive such notices and documents in printed form.

Preferences indicated in Part A of the Reply Form will remain effective for future corporate communications until amended by written notice or until 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first.
