EACON's Hong Kong IPO Sees Overwhelming Demand with 157x Oversubscription

EACON (07687) has announced the final allocation results for its initial public offering. The company issued a total of 26.132 million H shares globally. The Hong Kong public offering portion constituted 10% of the total shares, with the international offering making up the remaining 90%.

The final offer price has been set at HK$87.92 per share. Through this global offering, the company is expected to raise net proceeds of approximately HK$2.175 billion, after deducting underwriting fees and other estimated expenses.

Each board lot will consist of 50 H shares. The company anticipates that its H shares will commence trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion of the share sale was met with exceptionally strong investor interest, receiving subscriptions approximately 157.82 times the shares initially available. The international offering was also well-received, being oversubscribed by about 10.5 times.
