ONEWO Repurchases 362,200 H-Shares for HKD 6.87 Million, Trimming Free Float by 0.03%

On 31 August 2026, Onewo Inc. (ONEWO) executed an on-market buyback of 362,200 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 6.87 million. The purchase prices ranged from HKD 18.47 to HKD 19.55 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 18.95.

Following the transaction, ONEWO’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.15 billion shares from 1.15 billion, representing a 0.0315% reduction. The repurchased shares were transferred to treasury, increasing that balance to 18.40 million shares, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.17 billion.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 115.34 million shares. Including the latest transaction, ONEWO has repurchased 3.76 million shares under this mandate—equivalent to 0.33% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, ONEWO is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring any treasury shares until 30 September 2026.
