Chiho Environmental Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Roles Effective 13 May 2026

Chiho Environmental Group Limited (00976.HK) has released an updated list of directors and their respective committee positions, effective 13 May 2026.

The Board now comprises six members: three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. Executive Director Mr. Qin Yongming continues as Chairman of the Board and leads four key committees—Executive, Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration. Executive Directors Mr. Chu Yuejiang and Mr. Yao Xiang each serve as members across multiple committees, with Mr. Yao holding seats on the Executive, Audit, Remuneration, and Strategy & Investment Committees, while Mr. Chu participates in the Executive, Nomination, and Strategy & Investment Committees.

On the independent side, Prof. Li Zhiguo joins the Audit, Nomination, and Strategy & Investment Committees. Mr. Szeto Yuk Ting assumes chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees. Ms. Leung Pui Yee chairs the Pricing Committee and sits on the Audit and Strategy & Investment Committees.

Chiho Environmental maintains six Board committees—Executive, Audit, Nomination, Remuneration, Strategy & Investment, and Pricing. Certain senior management personnel also serve on the Pricing Committee alongside Ms. Leung.
