Board-led ESG governance • Ultimate responsibility rests with the board; quarterly reviews track progress against quantifiable ESG targets. • An ESG Committee and dedicated department coordinate strategy, execute policies and report directly to directors.
Environmental performance – first consolidated disclosure • Total greenhouse-gas emissions (Scope 1 + 2) reached 510.85 tonnes of CO₂e, comprising 71.52 tonnes from direct sources and 439.34 tonnes from purchased electricity. • Comprehensive energy consumption was 140.04 tonnes of coal equivalent, while electricity use stood at 828 MWh. • Water withdrawals totalled 13,699 tonnes; no material issues in sourcing were reported. • Hazardous waste generation was limited to 16.40 kg; non-hazardous waste amounted to 20.20 tonnes.
Green product and logistics highlights • New “PopPick Lite”, “RoboShuttle RS Air” and “SkyCube” solutions cut warehouse power use by up to 50 % and lift storage density. • All autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) employ energy-recovery braking; rapid deployment reduces installation-phase emissions. • Packaging redesign halved material usage for RS series robots and doubled container loading rates.
Information security and compliance • Core Robot-as-a-Service platform obtained SOC 2 Type II attestation; the corporate ISMS is certified to ISO 27001:2022. • No data-protection or cybersecurity incidents, and no corruption cases, were recorded in 2025.
Workforce and training • Year-end headcount: 1,054 employees; labour-contract coverage and social-insurance participation both at 100 %. • Overall turnover rate stood at 20.8 %. • All staff completed training, averaging 15.6 hours per person; total training investment reached RMB 5.76 million.
Supply-chain oversight • Supplier base numbered 1,490, with ESG criteria embedded in annual performance reviews; 80 suppliers underwent formal evaluation in 2025.
Occupational health & safety • Zero work-related fatalities or injuries; 100 % of employees received physical examinations.
Community engagement • A corporate donation drive collected educational materials for Luoshuidong Village, Yunnan, supporting rural children’s schooling needs.
Geekplus states that ongoing platform-based R&D, low-power hardware development and supplier decarbonisation will remain focal points of its 2026 ESG roadmap.
