Shenzhen DOBOT Technology Co., Ltd. has had its application for an initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Market accepted. Guotai Haitong Securities is serving as the sponsor for the offering, which aims to raise 1.2 billion yuan. According to the prospectus, DOBOT Technology's core business involves the research and development, production, and sales of collaborative robots and embodied intelligent robots. The company achieved the top global sales position for collaborative robots in 2025, solidifying its role as a leader in this sector.
DOBOT has established a comprehensive portfolio of embodied intelligent products, including humanoid robots, multi-legged robots, and dual-arm robots, positioning itself as an industry pioneer in the global embodied intelligence field. Driven by its dual-strategy of "intelligent upgrading of collaborative robots + innovation in embodied intelligent robots," the company is continuously advancing robots from being programmable tools into industrial intelligent agents with integrated capabilities for perception, decision-making, and execution.
Currently, the company's products are widely used across various industries, including automotive, 3C electronics, new energy, food and beverage, healthcare, commercial retail, and scientific research and education. The company also provides cross-scenario application solutions centered on proprietary algorithms and software, supported by hardware and multi-functional kits, delivering intelligent products and services characterized by rapid deployment, simplicity of operation, and high efficiency.
Within the embodied intelligence domain, DOBOT has developed a full range of products, including the Atom bipedal humanoid robot, the Atom W wheeled humanoid robot, the Hexplorer hexapod robot, the Rover X1 quadruped robot, and the X-Trainer dual-arm robot. Leveraging its self-developed embodied model technology for deep intelligence enablement, these products have all achieved commercial deployment, making DOBOT one of the first domestic companies to reach the mass production stage for humanoid robots.

Net losses for the same periods were approximately 103 million yuan, 95.3646 million yuan, and 84.0484 million yuan, respectively.
