A shuttle bus recently departed from Langfang Human Resources Service Industrial Park, carrying 18 local skilled workers to the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. "These are newly recruited technical personnel for our Langfang branch. They will undergo unified training at our headquarters and, after passing assessments, will be assigned to employers in Beijing's Huairou District," said Zhang Tianxiang, Director of Beijing Renren Duoduo Human Resources Management Co., Ltd.
Since its launch in 2021, the Langfang Human Resources Service Industrial Park has consistently attracted enterprises from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Currently, 14 Beijing-based companies have established a presence within the park.
Unified Standards Across the Entire Process
"Our Langfang branch fully benchmarks against Beijing headquarters' service standards, achieving unified procedures for recruitment, pre-job training, and personnel management," Zhang Tianxiang explained. The standardized screening and training process, while rigorous, creates a precise matching bridge between skilled workers and hiring companies, fundamentally accelerating the efficient allocation of human resources across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
The Langfang branch of Beijing Renren Duoduo Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. not only channels Langfang's workforce toward Beijing and Tianjin, but also precisely addresses local employment needs within the park. Within less than six months of operation, the Langfang branch established long-term labor outsourcing agreements with two enterprises in the park—one being Langfang Jingdiao CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Jingdiao Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Through this collaboration, technical workers from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can serve Beijing's high-precision and advanced industries, with the potential to develop into highly skilled modern technical professionals.
Wang Xiongyu, a 24-year-old from Handan, is a beneficiary of this model. Early this year, after applying and being hired through the Langfang branch, he promptly received a notice to attend unified training at the company's headquarters. Following the training, he joined Langfang Jingdiao CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Just three months later, Wang Xiongyu was promoted from a regular operator to an assembler, steadily advancing toward his goal of becoming a modern skilled worker.
Facilitating Cross-Regional Employment
In June of this year, Hebei Xuchong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. moved into the Langfang Human Resources Service Industrial Park, which enabled 52-year-old Li Hongmei to secure employment in Beijing. Li Hongmei previously worked in the cafeteria of a large enterprise in Tianjin, gaining solid experience in catering management. Upon learning about the recruitment drive by Hebei Xuchong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., she applied for a catering management position and successfully passed the interview. As the company won a contract for the catering service project at Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 2, Li Hongmei was successfully placed, achieving cross-regional employment in Beijing.
Currently, the company employs over 100 chefs and catering managers from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Through standardized training in catering services, cleaning, and delivery, the company ensures precise alignment between dispatched personnel and employing units.
Today, an increasing number of workers are achieving cross-regional employment through the Langfang Human Resources Service Industrial Park.
