CARSGEN-B (02171) has announced that its investigational cell therapy, CT1190B, has received clinical trial approval from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

This "off-the-shelf" CAR-T cell product, which targets both CD19 and CD20 antigens, is approved for patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) who have failed at least two prior lines of standard therapy.

Results from the investigator-initiated trial (IIT) for CT1190B were previously presented as a poster at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the European Hematology Association.

Developed using CARSGEN-B's proprietary THANK-u Plus® platform, CT1190B is a universal CAR-T cell therapy. It is currently being evaluated in an IIT for the treatment of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
