CITIC (00267) has released the 2025 profit distribution plan for Citic Offshore Helicopter Co.,Ltd. (000099.SZ). The proposed final dividend is a cash payout of 0.97 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive). For the 2025 fiscal year, the company plans neither a bonus share issue nor a capital reserve conversion into share capital.
