According to corporate data from enterprise information platforms, the winning bid announcement for the 2026-2027 "One-Stop Online Service" operations project of Shanghai's Jiading District Big Data Center has been released.

Guotai Epoint Software Co., Ltd. (688232.SH) officially announced on September 9, 2026, that it has won the bid for the procurement project with the Shanghai Jiading District Big Data Center, with a contract value totaling 2.588 million yuan.

Guotai Epoint Software (688232.SH) reported full-year 2025 revenue of 1.837 billion yuan, reflecting a year-on-year decline of 14.41%. Net profit attributable to the parent company stood at 36 million yuan, down 82.31% from the prior year, with a return on equity of 0.66%.

For the first quarter of 2026, the company generated revenue of 268 million yuan, a decrease of 2.94% year-on-year. The net loss attributable to the parent company was 24 million yuan, though the growth rate improved by 40.56% compared to the same period last year.

The company operates within the information technology sector, primarily offering monitoring equipment and systems, system integration services, and industry-specific software. According to its 2025 annual report, the revenue breakdown comprises: smart bidding and procurement at 44.76%, smart government solutions at 34.98%, digital construction at 19.67%, and rental income at 0.6%.
