Alliance International Education Leasing Delays Circular on Vessel Disposal to 10 July 2026

Alliance International Education Leasing Holdings Limited has announced a further postponement in issuing its shareholder circular related to a major transaction involving the disposal of a vessel.

The company had previously scheduled the circular’s release for 26 June 2026, following an initial announcement on 21 May 2026 and a delay notice on 12 June 2026. Management now expects despatch to occur on or before 10 July 2026, citing additional time needed to prepare and finalise the requisite information.

The forthcoming circular is set to provide detailed terms of the vessel sale, key transaction documents and all disclosures mandated under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.

The board of Alliance International Education Leasing remains chaired by Li Luqiang, with executives Liu Zhenjiang, Liu Meina and Yuen Kin Shan, alongside four independent non-executive directors.

No other changes to the transaction terms or board composition were disclosed in the latest announcement dated 26 June 2026.
