Empire Technology Group announced that the market size for the animated drama industry has experienced rapid growth this year. Driven by advancements in the underlying computing power of the AI market and the technological iteration of AI video large models, the application scenario of AI-generated animated dramas has achieved swift expansion. Not only does the quality rival the CG effects previously seen in digital films, but it also leads to an exponential increase in production efficiency and a unit-level reduction in production costs. Conversely, AI-generated animated dramas are expected to create a new market worth hundreds of billions, which can, in turn, drive the development of AI infrastructure, forming a virtuous cycle of spiral growth and reshaping the landscape of the IP industry. The Group has consistently focused on businesses related to gaming, e-sports, and computing power storage; on October 31, 2025, the company entered into a memorandum of understanding with Photosynthetic Star Cloud (Shenzhen) Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (Photosynthetic Star Cloud).
