China Mobile Releases 2025 Annual & Sustainability Reports, Convenes AGM for 21 May 2026

China Mobile Limited announced the official publication of its 2025 Annual Report, 2025 Sustainability Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”). The documents were released on 23 April 2026 and are accessible under “Regulatory Disclosure” in the Investor Relations section of the company’s website (www.chinamobileltd.com) as well as on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The AGM is scheduled for 21 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may obtain hard-copy versions of the newly issued materials in either English, Chinese or both languages free of charge by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Future communication preferences can be updated via a reply form: • Option 1 – Electronic delivery: shareholders provide an email address by scanning a personalised QR code or returning the completed form. • Option 2 – Printed copies: shareholders mark language preference and return the form by post or email.
