Following the transaction, BlackRock’s aggregate holding rose to 70.69 million shares, representing 6.25 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital.
The trade was executed on a U.S. exchange and booked for discretionary investment clients. The disclosure was filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers in connection with ENN Energy’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.
