On September 14, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 4.90 million H shares of PHARMARON off-exchange at an average of HKD 28.9689 per share, involving about HKD 141.92 million, by ceasing to hold a security interest in the shares (cash consideration; the transaction was an off-exchange trade, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing).
Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in PHARMARON was 61.78 million shares, representing 17.16%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 56.88 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 15.8%.
