Hanking Gold awards EPC and EPCM contracts to Delonix Solutions and CPC Engineering for 5.5 Mtpa Mt Bundy processing plant

Hanking Gold International Limited on 13 August 2026 announced the formal award of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and engineering, procurement, construction management (EPCM) contracts for the 5.5 million-tonne-per-annum processing plant at the Mt Bundy Gold Project.

The contractors 1. Delonix Solutions Projects Pty Ltd – a Perth-based mineral-processing engineering firm founded in 2011 that operates under EPC, EPCM, BOO and BOOT models in Australia and abroad. Delonix Solutions is 99.99 % owned by Devaki Philippe Ramaya Vatin through Delonix Solutions Holding Pty Ltd. 2. CPC Engineering Pty Ltd – a Western Australian engineering group with more than 50 years of operating history. Ownership is split among PRM (WA) Pty Ltd (69.90 %), jointly held by Peter Farquhar Bowman (80 %) and Margaret Chyreck Bowman (20 %); and Glen Alan Weir and Jane Christine Weir (23.30 %).

Independence confirmation The board confirmed that both contractors and their ultimate beneficial owners are third parties independent of Hanking Gold and its connected persons.

Governance and disclosure The transaction is classified as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Other details in the original 10 August 2026 announcement remain unchanged.
