GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced that Greentown Management Group has been periodically engaged by CCCC Group, its subsidiaries, and/or affiliates as a project management service provider for their construction projects. To streamline transactions under a single framework, on December 19, 2025, Greentown Management signed the 2025 Project Management Framework Agreement with CCCC Group to regulate the provision of project management services by Greentown Management Group to CCCC Group, its subsidiaries, and/or affiliates. The agreement will remain effective until December 31, 2027.
